Most of our account managers have ten years experience or more in marketing. They know how to put butts in seats; feet in stores; business in the till. Each manager is surrounded with a junior team of fulfillment associates who do the posting; execute the promotions; pull the metrics and so forth. Each team is between 2-5 people and handles no more than ten clients maximum. Your primary contact is always your account manager, who is making sure that your strategy fits your goals and project managing to ensure that the trains run on time.
The account teams are supported by editorial and design groups who create the bulk of your content.
